Description
I've been told that I should practice from real life instead of photographs. And I agree that that's probably a good idea. So I drew this while sitting in a train somewhere between Koblenz and Mainz. I've tried to do a quick impression of the hills of the Rhine river valley. Considering that this was done on a notebook with a Volito 2 tablet while sitting on a moving and shaking train, I'd say it's not half bad.

It took you only fifteen minutes, but it's so detailed. The way all the strokes blend and overlap gives you the idea of motion...
It's amazing representations of the little things in a foreign country like this that make me want to visit (well, The Rhine is like 820 miles long, so it's not little per se, but your painting gives me a little window into Germany).
Alas, I'm 14 - and being 14, I doubt my parents would let me go overseas alone.
But, I am definitely going to Germany before I die. Your painting makes me want to go to Europe
even more (I couldn't find a German flag emoticon).
